1. Program description

Program name: QuoteWheels Rate Updates
Program sponsor: QuoteWheels.com
What you'll receive: Recurring automated informational and marketing text messages related to your auto insurance quote request and our service, for example, confirmation that we received your request, notice that Insurance Partners have been matched, reminders to expect partner contact, tips on comparing quotes, and offers related to our services.
Message frequency: Varies; up to 10 msgs/month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Cancel: Reply STOP to any message.
Help: Reply HELP to any message, email info@quotewheels.com, or call (833) 908-7413.

2. How to opt in

You can enroll in QuoteWheels Rate Updates in either of two ways:

Web form: by checking the clearly labeled, unchecked text-message consent box on a form at quotewheels.com and submitting the form; or
Keyword: by texting the keyword WHEELS to our short code as shown in our advertising.

Enrollment is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using our service or of any purchase. When you enroll, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages, which may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, at the mobile number you provided.

After you opt in, you will receive a one-time confirmation message similar to:

QuoteWheels Rate Updates: You're in. We'll text updates about your quote request. Msg frequency varies, up to 10 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

3. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT. After you opt out you will receive one final message confirming your cancellation, similar to:

QuoteWheels Rate Updates: You've been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply HELP for help or email info@quotewheels.com.

No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not withdraw any separate consent you gave to be contacted by phone or email; to do that, email info@quotewheels.com.

4. Help and support

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive a response similar to:

QuoteWheels Rate Updates: For help email info@quotewheels.com or call (833) 908-7413. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.

You can also email info@quotewheels.com or call (833) 908-7413 during our support hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern).

5. Supported carriers

The program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Google Fi, Xfinity Mobile, Spectrum Mobile, Visible and other regional and prepaid carriers. Availability may change without notice. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. You agree to notify us promptly if your number changes or is deactivated so that we do not send messages to a number you no longer control. Messages may not be delivered if your device is off, out of range, or if your carrier or plan does not support the program.

7. Privacy

We use the mobile number and opt-in information you provide only to operate this program and to communicate with you about your request. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use service providers to deliver messages on our behalf; they may not use your information for any other purpose. 8. Changes and termination

We may modify or cancel this program, or these SMS Terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted here. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend messaging to a number that appears to be inactive, reassigned or in violation of these terms.
